Set up notifications
On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work from the Home Screen app.

Safari only. Not Chrome or an in-app browser.

Bottom bar on iPhone, top on iPad.

Choose “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll down if you don't see it.

Tap Add
Keep the name PickupChecker.

Open it from the Home Screen and sign in
The app has its own sign-in. Same email, same alerts.

Tap “Turn on notifications”, then Allow
The button is on your alerts page. iPhone asks once.
Why Safari on iPhone?
Only Safari can add a site to the Home Screen. In-app browsers can't.
Battery?
