Why does Apple seem to restock the 512GB most?
We do not know, and we would distrust anyone who says they do: Apple does not publish its allocation by configuration, and PickupChecker only counts what apple.com shows for pickup, store by store. The share on this page is an observation about restocks, not a statement about how many units Apple built.
